Acceptable Use Policy

Takes effect when accounts open. Early-access customers accept the final version before first use.

1. Prohibited content

Don't submit prompts or references intended to produce, and don't publish outputs that contain:

• Infringing material: characters, logos, scenes, footage or music from films, TV, games, comics or brands you don't have rights to use.
• Likeness without consent: the face, body or voice of a real, identifiable person without their written consent; any depiction of a public figure that could be mistaken for real footage.
• Deceptive political or news content: fabricated footage of candidates, officials, elections, protests, conflicts, disasters or news events.
• Sexual content: any sexual or nude depiction of anyone.
• Harm to minors: any depiction of minors in a sexual, violent, degrading or exploitative context.
• Violence and hate: content that promotes terrorism, glorifies violence against real people, or attacks people based on protected characteristics.
• Illegal content where published: including material that breaks local laws on religion, the monarchy, public order, gambling, drugs, weapons or advertising.
• Fraud: fake testimonials, impersonation of real businesses or people, and content designed to deceive buyers, investors or voters.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Using the Service from, or for users in, a country we don't serve, including through VPNs, proxies or intermediaries.
• Reselling, sharing or pooling access without a written reseller agreement with us.
• Trying to get around content screening, rate limits, spend limits or country checks.
• Using outputs or the API to build or train a competing model, or to extract model internals.
• Sending malware, attacking the Service, or overloading it on purpose.

3. AI labels and provenance

Don't remove or obscure visible AI-generated labels or provenance metadata added by the model or by us. Disclose that content is AI-generated wherever the platform you publish on, or the law where you publish, requires it.

4. If you build on us

If your users can generate video through your product, you must: bind them to rules at least as strict as this policy; pass their user ID in the user field; act on abuse reports we forward within two business days; and keep the country restrictions in place for your users.

5. Enforcement

We screen prompts and references automatically and review reports manually. Depending on severity we may block a request, suspend a key, suspend or close an account, and report illegal content to authorities. Content involving the sexual exploitation of minors is always reported.

6. Reporting misuse

Report content made with GotoRamp Video, or misuse of the Service, to abuse@gotoramp.ai with links or task IDs where you have them. We review reports within one business day.
