Generative video carries legal questions about rights, likeness and where a service may be offered. These are the decisions we've made so your legal team doesn't have to reverse-engineer them.

We open a country only once three things are in place: the model is offered there, we've completed any local registration, and we can invoice tax correctly.

Enforcement
How the list is applied.
A published list only matters if it's checked. These checks run on every account.
- At sign-upBusiness name, country and billing address. Accounts outside the available list aren't opened.
- At paymentCard country and billing address must match an available country.
- On API trafficRequests from countries we don't serve are refused, whichever account they use.
- SanctionsAccount holders are screened against US sanctions lists at sign-up.
- ResaleReselling or sharing access requires a written agreement with us, and the same country rules apply to your customers.
Model sourcing
Contracted access only.
Our sourcing rule: every request runs under access we have contracted for, through channels whose terms allow our use in the markets we serve. A model that doesn't meet it doesn't go on the list.
- No shared keysWe don't pool, borrow or trade other people's API keys or accounts.
- No workaroundsWe don't use consumer-app sessions or unofficial endpoints to reach a model.
- Written termsWe list a model only once we hold written terms for it, and remove it if those terms stop covering a market.
Content safety
Rules that protect your brand as well as ours.
The full rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy. The short version:
No copyrighted characters
No film, TV, game or cartoon characters, logos or scenes you don't hold the rights to.
No likeness without consent
No real person's face, body or voice without their written permission, and never public figures in anything that could mislead.
No political or news fakes
No fabricated footage of candidates, officials, elections, protests or news events.
No sexual content
No sexual or nude content of anyone, and no minors in any sexual, violent or exploitative context.
Local law applies
Including laws on religion, the monarchy, public order and advertising where you publish.
Labels stay on
Where the model adds a visible label or provenance metadata, it stays. Disclose AI video where platforms or law require.
Prompts are screened before they reach the model. Report misuse to abuse@gotoramp.ai; we review reports within one business day and suspend accounts that break the rules.
Data
What happens to your prompts and videos.
We process your inputs only to generate your video, bill you and prevent abuse. Details, including processing locations and our subprocessors, are in the Privacy Notice.
- Sent to the modelYour prompt, reference files and settings go to the model provider to generate the video.
- No training by usWe don't use your prompts, references or videos to train models.
- Video retentionFinished videos are available from a download link for 24 hours. We don't keep a copy after that.
- What we keepJob records (model, duration, status, timestamps, key) for billing and abuse prevention.
- PaymentsCard details go straight to our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
