Privacy Notice
What personal data GotoRamp Video handles, why, where it goes, and your rights.
Covers this website and early-access requests now; the sections on generated video apply when accounts open.
1. Who is responsible
GotoRamp LLC, Mountain View, California, USA, is responsible for personal data processed through this website and GotoRamp Video. Where you use the Service to process your own end users' data, you are responsible for that data and we process it on your instructions.
2. What we collect
- Account data: name, work email, company, country, billing address, tax details.
- Payment data: handled by our payment processor. We receive the card brand, last four digits and country, never the full card number.
- Job data: prompts, reference files and settings you submit, and the videos generated.
- Usage records: API key, model, duration, status, timestamps, IP address and country of each request.
- Communications: messages you send to sales, support, abuse or privacy mailboxes, and early-access requests from the contact form.
Prompts and references can contain personal data, such as a person's image. Submit it only with that person's consent (see the Acceptable Use Policy).
3. Why we use it
- To generate the videos you request (performance of our contract with you).
- To bill you, keep records and meet tax obligations (contract and legal obligation).
- To enforce country availability, screen against sanctions lists and prevent abuse (legal obligation and legitimate interest).
- To answer support requests and send service notices (contract).
We don't sell personal data, don't use it for advertising, and don't use job data to train models.
4. Who we share it with

5. International transfers
We are a US company, this website is hosted in the US, and we list the locations where our model provider processes job data here before accounts open. Your data may therefore be transferred outside your country. We use contractual safeguards with each recipient and transfer only what each one needs.
6. How long we keep it
- Generated videos: available for 24 hours from completion, then not retained by us.
- Prompts and references: 30 days, then deleted, unless needed to investigate an abuse report.
- Early-access requests: up to 12 months if no account is opened, then deleted.
- Usage and billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Account data: while your account is open, and for a limited period after closure for legal claims.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is limited to staff who need it. API keys are stored hashed and shown only once. Report vulnerabilities to security@gotoramp.ai.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you are, including under Singapore's PDPA, Malaysia's PDPA 2010, the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 and Thailand's PDPA, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. We respond within the time the applicable law sets. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
