How billing works
A balance, a rate card, and a meter that counts seconds.
Early-access customers receive the full rate card with their account invitation. After launch it is shown in the console before you top up.

Billing questions
The fine print, up front.
- Do prices include tax?
- No. Where GotoRamp LLC is registered for tax in your country, we add it to the invoice at the local rate. Business customers may account for tax themselves where local rules allow.
- Which currencies can I pay in?
- US dollars only. Your card issuer or bank converts from your local currency.
- Can I get a refund on my balance?
- Prepaid balance is covered by the refund terms in our Terms of Service. Start with a small top-up while you evaluate.
- Is there a free trial?
- No. Top up a small amount and test on Mini at 480p, the lowest-cost setting in the line.
- How do I cap spending?
- Set a spend limit on each API key. When a key reaches its limit, new jobs on that key are refused until you raise it.
- Do you charge for audio?
- Audio is generated with the picture. Any difference in rate for audio on or off is shown on the rate card.
