- No. Indonesia is planned but not open, and API requests from Indonesia are refused until our registration as a foreign electronic system operator is complete.
- What has to happen before GotoRamp opens in Indonesia?
- GotoRamp LLC needs to complete registration as a foreign electronic system operator. We publish changes to our country list before they take effect.
- Can our Singapore subsidiary sign up and share access with the Jakarta team?
- No. A company in an open country can apply for its own use there, but requests from Indonesia are refused whichever account they use, and sharing access requires a written agreement with us.
- How do we join the Indonesia waitlist?
- Send a request through the contact form on our company page and mention Indonesia. We'll contact you when accounts open.
- Will support cover Indonesian business hours?
- Yes, for most of the working day: support runs 8:00–17:00 Jakarta time on business days, in English and Mandarin. That is 9:00–18:00 in Bali and Makassar.
