- Why does GotoRamp wait for tax registration before opening Vietnam?
- We open a country only when we can invoice tax correctly there. Tax registration for foreign digital service suppliers is the step that allows it.
- Will invoices for Vietnamese customers include tax?
- Where GotoRamp LLC is registered for tax in your country, we add it to the invoice. Invoices are issued in USD.
- Can our team in Vietnam use an account opened by our Singapore office?
- No. Requests from countries we don't serve are refused whichever account they use, so traffic from Vietnam waits until Vietnam opens.
- What will support hours be for Vietnam?
- 8:00–17:00 Vietnam time on business days, in English and Mandarin, with replies within one business day.
