- Can UAE businesses sign up for GotoRamp now?
- No. The UAE is planned, and accounts open only after GotoRamp LLC's VAT registration as a non-resident supplier is complete.
- Will UAE invoices show VAT?
- Where GotoRamp LLC is registered for tax in your country, we add it to the invoice. Invoices are issued in USD.
- When can someone in Dubai reach GotoRamp support?
- From 5:00 to 14:00 UAE time on business days, because support runs 9:00–18:00 UTC+8. Replies come within one business day.
- Is support available in Arabic?
- No. Support is in English and Mandarin.
- Will Seedance be offered in the UAE?
- That is the plan: Seedance is on the UAE model list, and like every model it opens only once we hold written terms that cover the market. The markets where Seedance isn't offered are the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
